Cystic acne tips – how to get rid of acne

To get rid of cystic acne I would find a good skin care regimen.  Use a gentle cleanser and only wash your face twice a day.  Make sure that the make-up you are using is of good quality and doesn’t clog pores. Sometimes the make-up you use can make your skin worse. Use only loose powder and a cover up for bad cystic acne. Make sure you’re not allergic to your makeup and all the chemicals in them will make your acne condition worse. Also, make sure you don’t use moisturizer, even a little, because that can really mess your skin up. If you are using heavier make-up then you need to make sure you use a make-up remover that will not hurt your skin and get all of it off at night.  Try not to touch your face.

Get some of the blotting papers to help you with oil during the day. Drink lots of water – at least 8 glasses a day!  Water will help to clean the purities out of your body and will help to keep your skin hydrated and healthy.  Eat healthy foods to also keep those impurities from building up in your body. No, the food you eat won’t give you cystic acne – but the foods you don’t eat could.

“Healthy inside, healthy outside.”  Get into some sort of exercise – riding bikes, roller blades, or a sport in school.  It will give you a way to get rid of stress (which can make your cystic acne worse) and will help you to stay healthy.

Everything that touches your face should be clean. Check out the detergent you purchase, use one for sensitive skin.  Make sure your shampoo and conditioner are gentle – nothing too scented. Ask your dermatologist for some kind of prescription. Keep in mind that if you go on any prescription, your cystic acne is most likely going to get worse before it gets better.  Don’t give up with it. If your dermatologist isn’t going your way you should see if you could switch him.

Acne Prevention Just By Eating Certain Food?

Acne prevention is a question many teenagers and adults alike have been asking themselves, each other and specialists for generations.  And with each generation, suggestions and solutions come and go.  This generation is no different to the last.  One of the most common suggestions for acne prevention is a good skin cleansing regime.  Everybody has a different skin; oily, dry or combination.  A visit to a dermatologist or a beautician can help you evaluate your skin type and recommend suitable products for your skin type.  Using the wrong skin product can aggravate your skin and cause acne breakouts, not prevent it.

However, finding the right product in the pursuit of acne prevention can be time consuming as well as expensive.  In order to cleanse your face properly, you have to get a deep pore cleanser, an exfoliator the correct toner, then the correct moisturizer for your particular skin type.  Once you have chosen and bought the correct products you try it and begin a regime that seems tailor made for you.  It seems to work for a while, then it either becomes time consuming or a chore to continue the regime, or expensive to continue.  So you stop the regime and the vicious circle starts again, believe me, I know

So, can acne be prevented by eating certain foods?  Well, there is a train of thought that believes you can indeed prevent acne by food alone.  You would probably not have to change your life style or eating habits an awful lot, and you would be eating food that you know is benefitting you and your skin.  You would also be saving money by not buying products and more products in the hope that you would eventually find one that suits your skin type.  Believe me, if I had thought it was so easy to prevent acne when I was a teenager just by eating certain food, I would have done it right away!  So, what are you waiting for?  Eat food for acne prevention that works!
